Facilities feel outdated!!! Construction noise persists during late hours!!! WiFi signal unreliable!!! Shower door malfunctioning!!! Overall cleanliness could greatly improve!!!

Helpful reception staff.
My stay was marred by a very rude housekeeper who refused to assist me when I needed a knife to open my luggage late at night. The small size of the room was disappointing, and the shower area struggled to contain water, creating a mess. Additionally, the service lacking amenities like newspapers on subsequent days left me feeling undervalued as a guest.

Recommend it for solo travelers
I gotta say, the help from the staff was top-notch. They were friendly & helpful , and they even made sure my room had everything I needed like water and coffee.
It wasn't exactly cheap , but it was still acceptable.

A prime choice for a city break in Chennai with a great value-to-price ratio. The staff was very helpful, even allowing us a late checkout that made a big difference for our travel plans. Just be prepared for noisy hallways at night.

Had an awesome trip with my friends! We really enjoyed the health club and the outdoor pool. Perfect for a group vacation. Just a heads up, you might want to expect some noise from the corridors late at night.
The hotel staff kept asking for money repeatedly, which was a bit annoying and made the stay feel uncomfortable.

Decent stay with some hiccups
I stayed for 6 nights in a Club Double Room. The location was super convenient, and they had reliable free wifi. The room was a good size with comfy aircon. Staff was friendly, but a little slow. I had breakfast at the bar area, but the options were kinda limited. Overall, not bad, but some service improvement would help.

I stayed in a Club Double Room for 3 nights. The room was a good size with a nice TV and comfy air conditioning. They provided free water, tea, and coffee, which was a nice touch. The housekeeping was on point, but the bathroom could use a little update—showing its age. Overall, not bad!

Happy hour had great drink options and the staff were friendly. Limited seating in communal areas made it hard to find a spot at times.
